This wire in the dining room is almost low enough for a 7-year-old to jump up and grab it. A metal chisel staple was driven so far into the wire that it almost cut it. Definitely a safety problem. Running the wire through a small conduit and higher up would make it look better and not be a problem. Easy fix!
