Rusty plenum for a heating unit. It was in the crawlspace and this area had high humidity. So of course I recommended a fix for this but also to add more ventilation in the crawlspace. All vents were shut and blocked off. I suggested the vents to be opened up and a crawlspace Vapor Barrier added to the dirt floor. Lot of moisture can come from the ground up.
