My trusty IR camera identified moisture that could not be seen at all. I backed it up with a moisture meter at 25%. The camera found the leak by registering the temperature differences between the room and the water. So it is showing temperature, not the water itself. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom coming through. Funny what geeks an inspector out! Cool!
